Welcome to Zafnorix Music House. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and showroom located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. By accessing our platform or purchasing our musical instruments and audio equipment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Products, Pricing, and Availability

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and specifications of our guitars, digital pianos, drum kits, studio microphones, and accessories are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or natural materials.

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise indicated. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Zafnorix Music House reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors.

3. Showroom Purchases and Custom Orders

Purchases made directly at our Banani showroom are final once the instrument leaves the premises, subject to our standard warranty policy. We encourage all musicians to fully test and inspect their chosen equipment before completing the transaction.

For custom instrument orders or special requests for imported audio interfaces and amplifiers, a non-refundable deposit is required. Lead times for custom orders will be communicated at the time of purchase and are estimates based on international shipping to Bangladesh.

4. Warranties and Instrument Care

Many of our premium instruments and studio electronics come with manufacturer warranties. Zafnorix Music House honors these warranties in accordance with the manufacturer's specific terms.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper use, neglect, inadequate environmental control (such as extreme humidity variations common in Dhaka), or unauthorized modifications to the instrument's setup or internal electronics.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zafnorix Music House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of performance revenue, recording delays, or studio downtime.

6. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Dhaka Division.
